This artifact is a sample memo reflective of a writing task I may carry out as a designer for an agency in the strategy phase of a design project. It is helpful to take notes during team meetings and reflect your understanding to the involved parties, because doing so clarifies objectives and ensures all team members are in alignment. It can also bring awareness to gaps in strategy that need to be explored in more detail. The task of publishing the meeting notes memo to the team would likely be delegated to only one team member willing to take on the role of the recorder.
